Just for fun

Sea Urchins

Fill a shallow sundae dish with Golden Circle Crushed Pineapple. Add a small scoop each of Vanilla and Lime Ice Cream. Top the lime scoop with crushed nuts and the vanilla scoop with green tinted coconut. Give each ‘urchin’ a quick smile with a jelly bean of contrasting colour.
