Hawaiian Rice Salad
Toss together: 2 cups cooked rice (I used brown rice and quinoa), 1/2 cup Tongala
mayonnaise or french dressing, 1 cup grated cheese, 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1/4
cup pineapple pieces (I used fresh)
