Arrange Golden Circle Crushed
Pineapple and chopped red jelly in a sundae dish so that the front side will
show an inverted cone shape. Bring pineapple right up to the rim. Add a scoop
of vanilla ice cream and pile generously with lightly whipped cream. Add a
thick dusting of chipped toffee (I used barley sugar for its vibrant colour) for
the “flame”.
