Pineapple cake
Ingredients:
50g butter; 6 tblsp sugar; 3 eggs; 4 tblsp flour; ¼ cup
milk; 1 tsp Mums Baking Powder; 6 tblspn pineapple chopped small
Method:
Beat sugar & butter to a cream, add eggs, one at a
time, beating in well. Sift in flour and Baking Powder. Add milk, and lastly
pineapple. Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
