Pine Lime Tingle
4 tspn gelatine; ¼ cup hot water; 440g can crushed
pineapple; 250ml lime fizzy drink (not cordial).
Dissolve gelatine in hot water. Add to crushed pineapple
and juice, together with the chilled aerated lime drink. Pour into a mould, refrigerate
til set. Unmould. Serve with cream.
