Serves 6 to 8
1 chilled cup each: white
seedless grapes (peeled if desired); pineapple chunks (fresh or canned; if
canned, drain); mandarin-orange sections (fresh or canned; if canned, drained);
miniature marshmallows; shredded coconut (preferably fresh); sour cream
Toss all ingredients lightly together
in a salad bowl and serve at once.
