Pina Colada Shake

Coconuts contain essential fatty acids and mellow the acidity of the pineapple, while bananas are great for the production of hormones” Cyndi O’Meara

Pina Colada Shake

1 pineapple, juiced; 250ml coconut milk; 2 bananas; ice (optional)

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
