½ papaya
(including the seeds); ¼ pineapple, peeled; 4 freshly ground cloves; 2 tblsp
coconut oil; 2 tblsp desiccated coconut; 2 tblsp pumpkin seeds (soaked
overnight if possible); 500ml coconut water
Blend the
fruit (flesh and seeds) with the cloves, coconut oil, desiccated coconut,
pumpkin seeds (drain first if you soaked overnight) and coconut water until as
smooth as possible – it will be quite textured. Add a little more coconut water
to thin if necessary. Drink straight away.
