Serves 3 - 4
440g can crushed pineapple,
drained; 150g sour cream; 125g marshmallows, halved; 310g can mandarins
(optional)
Place the pineapple, sour cream
and marshmallows in a mixing bowl and combine.
Stir in the mandarins (if using).
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve cold.
