and Savouries: Hot Spiced Pineapple Juice
A 15oz (450ml) can of pineapple juice;
2 level tblspn sugar; 1 tblspn lemon juice; 1 X 2” (5cm) cinnamon stick
Simmer all the ingredients
together for 10 minutes, remove the cinnamon stick and pour the juice into
glasses.
